Gov. Andrew Cuomo Shares Robert De Niro’s Video Message To All: “I’m Watching You”

Robert De Niro is speaking out!

De Niro and his production company sued Robinson for $3 million in August, accusing her of embezzlement and binge-watching “Friends” on the clock before abruptly quitting. But Robinson claims that suit was brought in retaliation — after she had threatened to sue the actor first.

Over the weekend, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo shared a new PSA video message from the 76-year-old Irishman star where he speaks candidly about the ongoing global health crisis and what we all should be doing.

“Hello, this is Robert De Niro. We all need to stay home,” Robert tells his fellow New Yorkers in the video clip. “We need to stop the spread of this virus, and we can only do it together. Not just to protect ourselves but to protect others and all the older people you love.”

Robert then added cheekily, “I’m watching you.”
